KVKK Disclosure Statement

1. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in line with the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

3. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred in the following situations, in line with the processing purposes stated above and in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

  • To Our Business Partners: To firms we collaborate with (e.g., cargo companies, suppliers) for service provision, contract performance, or operational process management.
  • To Legally Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations: For fulfilling our legal obligations, conducting judicial processes, or responding to official institutional requests.
  • To Our Service Providers: To our solution partners from whom we receive outsourced services in areas such as website hosting, analytics services, and IT support.

During data transfer, all necessary administrative and technical measures are taken to ensure the security of your data.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Under KVKK

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether personal data is processed,
  • To request information if personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • To request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To demand compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

To exercise your rights, you can send your requests in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board to our email address [email protected]. You must fully state the necessary information in your application (your name, surname, TR ID number/passport number, residential address or business address for notification, email address for notification, phone and fax number, subject of the request). Your request will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Board may be charged.
